Meeting Points

Your driver will be wearing a black collared polo shirt with “Direct Airport Transfers” embroidered in orange and grey on the left side. They will be holding a welcome sign with your name on it and will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point. Please be sure to keep an eye out for your driver and identify yourself as soon as you see them.

As soon as you arrive please turn your mobile phone on if you have one (and if you have given your mobile phone number to office staff), so that our driver can locate you if they are having trouble finding you. If you have arrived on an International Flight please note that you will not be able to turn on your mobile phone until after you have cleared Customs.

If passengers do have a mobile phone it is highly advisable to provide your number to Office Staff so that if there are any delays, we can at least contact you.

If your flight is delayed don’t stress because you are the only pick up for the driver and he will wait to collect you. Our drivers have access to up to date flight status information so they will always know exactly what time your flight is arriving.

We will meet you 30 minutes after your scheduled landing time just outside the Customs exit, inside the terminal. When you exit the customs area please walk through the sliding glass doors and turn left towards the Coffee Club. Your driver will be waiting for you with an iPad /Sign with your name on it. If your flight is early, please remain in or near the Coffee Club and ensure your mobile phone is turned on.

We will meet you 15 minutes after your scheduled landing time just next to the luggage carousel, inside the terminal. Your driver will be waiting for you with an iPad /Sign with your name on it. If your flight is early, please remain in this area and ensure your mobile phone is turned on.

We will meet you 30 minutes after your scheduled landing time near the Customs exit, inside the terminal. When you exit the customs area into the waiting lounge, your driver will meet you with an iPad / Sign with your name on it. If your flight is early, please remain in this area and ensure your mobile phone is turned on.

Cruise ship staff will notify you a couple of days prior to arriving in port as to the time you will be disembarking. You will need to notify us as soon as possible either by email or SMS of this time so that our driver will know when to meet you. After you go through Customs and collect your bags walk outside and turn to your right. The driver will be parked in the Coach Carparking area (if we took you to the Terminal then you will recognise this spot where you were dropped off). Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on so that the driver can contact you.
